Terry Thiele, Owner: Terry received her BA from James Madison University with a concentration in interior design. Her summer internship was spent working with Gwathmey Siegel Associates Architects in Manhattan. After graduation, she worked for Michael Graves and Associates for 2 years before leaving the field to work as a recruiter in the Clinical Research Industry. She has remained in touch with her colleagues and friends in the design industry and uses these contacts as well as her recruiting experience to match top level candidates and firms.
